Job description: This position is responsible for administering the service and job installation processes and operations and providing project management for client engagements including coordinating all aspects of the implementation and acting as a key contact for day to day client and project inquiries, problems, and activities between field techs, office, & vendors. The role will include creating efficient use of resources across departments and assisting with development and reporting of key metrics to complete service and job projects in a timely profitable manner.
Summary Duties
Create implementation work orders for techs to review pre-requisites and introduce them on how to interface with the customer management software; and managing the ongoing work flow.
Company software to initiate projects for service and renovations
Interaction with Customers, Service Technicians, & Sales ensure the customer delivery and completion process runs smoothly
Monitor job Queues.
Handling project coordination for customer projects of any type.
Be a key point of contact for clients, Technician, and vendor inquiries and escalation about project milestone and installation completion statuses.
Provide and maintain reports as required by management including sales and completion.
Facilitates the operating and implementation processes to assure proper communication & work flow between customers, field techs, & vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to learn customers management software excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Effective project management, analytic and organizational skills
Demonstrated skills in facilitating cross functional duties on a ongoing basis
Strong communication skills
Direct customer interaction (designing, developing, or supporting)
Knowledge of the principals of cost estimating, scheduling and requirements gathering
Ability to accurately interpret customer & Job requirements documents and scope of work modifications to determine cost of such change is highly desired
Experience in business management, information systems, or similar.
