Brad's Deals is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (Remote)

However, the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado, California, Florida, Connecticut, or Washington and the candidate must be eligible and able to work inside the United States, without sponsorship.

Brad's Deals is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will build a strong sales pipeline for our US Sales team by farming existing leads, prospecting within target accounts for new key contacts and building relationships within target accounts (inbound & outbound). This individual must be; resourceful, independent, ambitious, innovative, strategic, open-minded, creative, detailed, a team player, and go-getter who wants to grow and develop in their career.

The SDR will start our outbound lead generation function, and will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, PD, and Editorial on delivering the right merchants that drive our business and help us meet and exceed our Revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • High volume prospecting by market segments, qualify sales leads, schedule and set meetings for US Sales team
  • Work with sales executives to move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Build targeted lead lists from various industry sources
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns 
  • Set up a targeted number of new business meetings for the US sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to drive optimal lead generation performance
  • Provide ongoing insight, expertise, and recommendations creating best practices for the sales development group

  • Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and most important be proactive in working with cross-functional sales, account, and marketing teams
  • Exceptional strong desire to win and succeed 
  • Must have the aptitude to manage multiple projects, requests, and high activity volume to meet target goals
  • Desire to work in a small, fast-moving company
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales development experience
  • Consistent successful achievement of revenue or lead gen targets
  • Experience with solution selling /consultative approaches and practices
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, CRM software e.g. SalesForce, and Marketing automation software eg. Hubspot
Salary
  • Compensation $40,000 - $60,000 per year plus bonus
