Starting wage between $13.50 and $17.00 depending on qualifications, benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) available and 401K match!

Do you want to have a positive impact on youth in our community? Do you like being a role model, mentor, and sharing life lessons with young people? Are you patient, kind, and caring?

We need good people who like to help youth develop creating a safe environment to learn, grow, and thrive. You will provide discipline, coaching, and guidance in facilitating our programs and special events. This program operates after the school dismisses (2:00pm) until 6:00pm, with the occasional all-day program (7:30am to 6:00pm).

Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Be a friendly face, mentor, and positive role model, providing guidance after school 
• Promote a safe environment 
• Provide discipline and coaching 
• Promote participation and assist in orienting & recruiting new members
• Participates in staff meetings 
• Participate in special initiatives and events
• May be required to drive the Club vans

• You have a valid driver license and good driving record
