Plan, implement, supervise and evaluate all activities and programs provided in assigned program area with approximately a ratio of approximately 1:10-15 per staff.

1. Effectively implement and administer programs, high-yield activities and regular activities for members

2. Promote and stimulate program participation

3. Provide guidance, discipline, supervision, mentoring and role modeling to members

4. Monitor and evaluate programs, high-yield activities and regular activities to ensure safety of members, quality in programs and appearance of the Club at all times. Complete daily and weekly attendance and participation reports.

5. Ensure quality improvement by monitoring and evaluating program achievement against targeted goals and deliverables.

6. Recommend purchases as necessary to immediate supervisor.

7. Ensure a productive work environment by participating in staff meetings

8. Provide guidance to assigned volunteers.

Reference check and background screen will be conducted on final applicant prior to employment commencing. Must become CPR/First Aid certified within 90 days of hire.

Position is slated to be school year only, but summer employment may be possible, but not guaranteed.

Do to number of hires, interviews will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis.
