Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Cycle count inventory according to expected goals.
• Manage and adjust inventory reported on the 2^nd chance log.
• Research and notify all required parties of SBO’s and make necessary adjustments.
• Process return to stock items and determined if SKU’s needs to be cycle counted.
• Ensure handling of all returns via inspection and counting. Determine if return inventory can go to shelf or liquidation.
• Inspect inventory as needed for defects, determined if goods need to me washed, stocked, or discarded.
• Create and update shelf locations and bin barcode stickers.
• Assign and reclaim bin locations.
• Verify and update case pack qty’s both physically and systematically.
• Assist with re-slotting as needed.
• Pull reports for all inventory related tacks, such as cycle count lists, PT’s, case packs, shelf assignments and empty locations.
• Process uploads as needed.
• Manage month end requirements in a timely manner – adjust out kills, ensure no negative inventory on hand and no embellished styles without a sales order.
• Preform other related tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess basic excel skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Work Environment

• Work involves standing for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Climate temperatures will vary
• Flexible work hours
• Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean on a daily basis
