What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Boxer Property?
The Commercial Property Manager position oversees all property management, maintenance construction/renovation, expense review and control, collections and tenant relations of assigned properties.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of multiple properties
- Administer and coordinate collection procedures, collect rent, and follow up with delinquencies
- Schedule and complete projects as needed
- Manage and control operating expenses, explain variances
- Hire, supervise and train all property site staff
- Perform quarterly inspections of assigned properties
- All other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Experience and Education:
- Ability to manage multiple properties and meet company standards
- Knowledgeable in local, state, and federal laws that pertain to office/retail building management and tenant rights.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment, anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction
- Bachelor’s degree & related experience preferred
