What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant GM position at Bowland & HeadPinz Entertainment Centers?
The Assistant General Manager works under the direction of the General Manager for all Park operations and is in charge of the Center and Park in the GM’s absence. This includes the entire property, food and beverage, equipment, attractions, and center administration functions.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma and Minimum two years’ experience in fast paced service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years supervision or management experience in a restaurant, retail, entertainment, or amusement park venue

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling of all center and attractions level staff
- Cultivate a total team environment by motivating, coaching and leading the staff to maximum productivity
- Build strong customer relations by proactively visiting with guests, soliciting feedback, and resolving all customer issues and complaints
- Thorough knowledge of all computer and POS systems within the center
- Knowledge and compliance with all procedures and cash management policies
- Ensure all management maintain a “floor” presence in the center during peak times providing great service to customers and support for staff
- Ensures compliance with all applicable occupational, health, and safety regulations and laws
- Work within the community to create strategic relationships with various business organizations that would bring positive PR for Fast Trax
- Ensures that all employees are in proper uniform, proper grooming and name tags
- Ensures that the Fast Trax is clean and ready for guests at all times
