Boundless Network is Hiring a Chief Operating Officer Near Austin, TX

We’re creating a new role for a Chief Operating Officer to join our PE-backed, fast growing promotional products distributor in Austin, Texas (remote possible). We are seeking operations executives with experience in software-enabled distribution businesses, high-growth/scaling environments, industry roll-ups, and/or e-commerce customer service organizations to join our team at Boundless Network.

We’re looking for an action-oriented, change agent COO who has experience building high performing and results-oriented teams, optimizing back-office processes, spearheading post-merger integrations, driving efficiency and satisfaction in customer service organizations, improving fulfillment, freight and logistics activities, and/or managing 3PL’s and warehouse operations in order to drive value creation throughout the organization. [Prior private equity experience will be valued.]

Boundless is a top-25 promotional products distributor in a fragmented industry of over $25 billion and over 30,000 distributors. The current Austin-based private equity investors acquired Boundless in July 2021 and are focused on executing a strategy that includes improving back-office processes and operating efficiency, recruiting more sales partners to our network to drive scale economies, and executing a roll-up strategy.

Boundless has been an industry disrupter since its founding in 2005, bringing new technological solutions to an industry on the cusp of transformational change. Boundless is a software-enabled distributor with three patents and tens of millions of dollars of investment in proprietary technology to deliver unique business process solutions to its world-class independent sales partners. Boundless supports hundreds of recognized local, regional, national and global brands with merchandise from leading apparel and hardgoods suppliers that meet demanding expectations for the recipient’s overall experience. The company’s continued excellence has propelled Boundless to nearly 10% annual growth over the last decade and over $125 million in current revenue.

The Boundless culture, described as “Austin tech meets traditional industry,” is special and a large part of its continued success. With an Austin vibe and a youthful zeal coupled with mature sensibilities, Boundless prioritizes work to be fun and collaborative.
