Boston Consulting Group is Hiring a Learning & Development Manager Near Chicago, MA
- Strategic learning and development planning
- Leadership development program design and delivery
- Performance consulting and development intervention design
- Cross-regional and remote learning management and delivery, including organization and logistics
- Learner experience design and/or group facilitation, including virtual and blended formats
- Analytical and problem-solving tasks, including strong business judgment
- Managing projects and teams within a matrixed, global, and virtual organization
- State-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning space
- Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievements in a relevant domain
- 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a service-oriented company
- Passion for learning and people
- Affinity to knowledge and analytics professions
- Strong planning and project management skills, high attention to detail
- Outstanding initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, possibly Tableau, and familiarity with LMS and survey tools
- Willingness for occasional international travel, with flexible schedule, where required
- Excellent English skills
