The Digital Products team is an integral part of the worldwide Finance organization, partnering with global functions to help guide and influence our new Agile-enabled investments organization and provide insights supported by meaningful and accurate financial information. The team partners with the leadership of our Global Functions, senior finance management and global finance colleagues across the organization.
 
With this role, we are looking for a trusted and experienced finance professional as part of the Digital Products team. The role will own various functional responsibilities related to business partnering, reporting, forecasting and planning. 
Responsibilities of this role will include: 
- Collaborate/partner directly with cross functional teams, sharing relevant & accurate information & finding the right solutions
- Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely management reporting to the stakeholders including creating communications & presentations for the leadership
- Deliver insights to understand key drivers, proactively highlight risks, issues and opportunities for improvement; includes putting together “executive” summaries for plan, variances in actuals vs. forecast vs. plan etc., to share with the team
- Challenging status quo and pushing for reporting automation and innovation, and process improvement, simplification and optimization
- Supporting the forecasting/planning cycles. Take ownership of rolling up forecasts from teams on monthly basis, pressure testing, putting together plan forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities 
- Owning & managing current dashboards and leading enhancements/improvements.
Ideally you will bring experience and confidence that will help drive new ways of thinking and further improve our processes.
 • Strong conceptual understanding of finance concepts, investments, capex & opex related aspects. 
• Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting. This role will be looked at as the subject matter expert for all financial aspects of our investments, which will require you to be proactive in learning and understanding the business.
• Demonstrate both strong detailed analytics and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches
• Project Management: A significant part of the role is managing our aggressive change initiatives.
• Building relationships will be critical to success in this role in order to establish a seat at the table with senior management as a true business partner. 
• Ability to frame issues at conceptual level and resolve complex issues/problems
• Work to tight schedules but flex accordingly as business requirements change your priorities. Be able to manage conflicting priorities, prioritize transparently, and communicate openly to ensure constructive and positive outcomes
• Strong technical capabilities including Digital reporting tools like Alteryx & Tableau
• Demonstrates strong communication skills: oral, written and active listening
• Build strong networks within and across finance
 • A minimum of 6-8 years related finance or consulting experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or a MBA preferred
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• A passion for working in a collaborative team environment 
• Motivation and self-drive – excited by tackling challenges and pro-actively finding new ways to provide value 
• Critical Thinking and problem solving – proven ability to work through complex problems and analyses in providing a thoughtful concrete solution 
• Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (Such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
