We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Senior Logistics Analyst with proven experience of analyzing and demonstrating data to deliver supply chain improvements. This individual will be responsible for supporting and managing international and domestic transportation carrier cost and performance, as well as lead a variety of exciting projects across the supply. Primary Responsibilities include: Provide logistical support and mentorship to internal customers to ensure on time delivery. Ensure operational KPI’s are met including carrier quality and on time delivery. Triage transportation and other active issues by acting as the liaison between Bose and our carriers. Drive continuous process improvement to the supply chain by reviewing operations, analyzing failures, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions. Develop and supervise appropriate logistics KPI’s to drive results and continuous improvement including cost to service, quality, and lead time performance for all modes of transportation. Lead and develop strategic business initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities, providing analytical expertise, and supporting data driven decisions throughout the global the supply chain. Maintain various industry benchmarking metrics to analyze the health of the supply chain and leverage information to implement best practices including new supply chain solutions, market financial and performance rates. Manage domestic and international transportation provider relationships including supporting contractual negotiation needs. Develop and train SOPs for vendor and shipment routing to meet Trade Compliance requirements, as well as IATA, IMDG and other regulatory entities. Perform ad-hoc analysis and other job-related duties as assigned. Work cross functionally with supply chain team (trade compliance, sales, distribution, purchasing, planning and forecasting) on projects and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, abilities, and experience: Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with ability to implement and conduct training. Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, and time management skills to meet or exceed deadlines, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently to make effective decisions in a timely manner. Dangerous Goods certified including IATA, IMDG and USDOT with a strong understanding of Lithium batteries Lean or Continuous Improvement training and/or certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green belt preferred) Familiarity with SAP and experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, PowerBI etc.) Ability to work effectively with all levels within the corporation.
