Job Functions/ Duties_ (may be assigned other duties by management)_

• Marketing support for technology introduction*

§ Create and edit message content and work in collaboration with Marketing Communications team in the development of product bulletins, brochures, catalogue sections, presentations, picture and video contents for the international market.
§ Support technical team in creating and editing Case Studies and Technical papers focusing on impact and value creation to the customers.
Website and media
§ Develop and edit content of promotional materials such as website text sections, newsletters, digital media and printed articles.
§ Support social media accounts in existing industry communities/forums.
In cooperation with other company departments and/or external vendors:
§ Support web content marketing, online public relations (PR), search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM)
§ Planning of and participation in industrial events and conferences
§ Develop program for preparation of documents / papers for technical conferences in the industry
§ Support launching & introduction of new products.
§ Support new products training content editing for Sales, Technical Support, Training Centers, Partners, and Customers.
§ Assist with other communications activities as needed, including video messaging, event planning, publicity, and graphic design.

Qualifications/Education Requirements

§ 5 years of Marcomm Specialist experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is required. Artificial lift experience is a significant advantage.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to senior leadership.
§ Experience in social media marketing, web design, publication, and using content management systems (WordPress). Familiarity with graphic design considered a plus.
§ MS Office skills, photo and video editing, basic graphic editing skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Proficiency with web languages is an advantage.
§ Persistent, persuasive, results-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
§ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications or a related field is strongly considered.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Normal office and occasional exposure to plant environment during the course of normal job duties.
Recurrent travel required.
