Training Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your expertise and grow your skills to provide training support to our warfighters? We’re looking for an Training Specialist to help develop and deliver a variety of Information Operations (IO) training programs to live audiences, provide stand-up classroom instruction, and apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise to help enrich instruction. Your communication skills will come in handy as you share your experience and work as a vital member of a team to solve daily challenges as we support and improve military operations.

You Have:

  • 2 years of experience with DoD teaching and instructing
  • Experience in Information Operations (IO), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), or Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA)
  • Experience with developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI)
  • Experience with running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops
  • Knowledge of Army training regulations and policies
  • Ability to author curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
