You Have:

• 2 years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience using engineering to inform analysis of capability alternatives and concepts
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools such as MagicDraw and SparxEA
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes, requirements engineering, CONOPS development, interface design, system integration, and verification and testing
• Ability to integrate with a multi-functional team for cross-disciplinary efforts
• Ability to learn practical application of SysML and UAF modeling languages and applying this common structure to an MBSE solution
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience developing operational views, technical standards views, and system and services views for architectures using DoDAF and UAF standards
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering
• ASEP or CSEP INCOSE Certification
• OSCMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
