As a program manager at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading and supporting our team and client who will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in aerospace, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 10 years of experience with direct program management
• Experience with managing large programs and projects
• Knowledge of EVMS, Microsoft Project, and DoD 50001
• Ability to lead and integrate with multiple teams and clients meeting critical milestones
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or Engineering
• PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with managing nuclear programs
• Knowledge of ICBM, nuclear operations, and acquisition
• Ability to lead a diverse team supporting rigorous requirements
• Master’s degree in Management or Engineering

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
