The manager will work for, and collaboratein close partnershipwith, the VP of Business Developmentto develop and implementanew outbound prospecting process for Booyah Advertising. This will include assisting in the selection of competitive intelligence research products, becoming an expert in the existing CRM(Zoho)or newly selected CRM, third party prospecting outreach tools and development of email copy for outbound email prospecting campaigns.Themanager will be responsible for adhering to the predefined prospecting methodology,ensureall technology and tracking tools are being utilized,accurately reportactivity and performance, and hold himself/herselfaccountable for hitting all individual personal goals.
The business development team is expected to grow, and the manager will have supervision and oversight responsibilities in the future.The Inside Sales Manager must strivetoincrease the productivity of individual and team performance through skill development and adherence to activity standards; while providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and the ability to adhere to a high-performance sales culture.
Booyah Advertising is a team orientated environment and performance will also be judged on themanager’sability to build strong intercompany relationships, work collaboratively across many departments, and represent the Inside Sales teamas contributors not just to revenue, but to culture as well.
Responsibilities:
- Prospectfornew client relationshipsthrough email (and calling if needed)
- Send prospecting email daily
- Setup new prospect meetings weekly
- Track,monitor and report oninside sales activity daily.
- Executethe prospecting functions ofa definedsalesprocesses
- Create accountabilityfor yourself and your team.
- Drive a "lean startup" style environment of experimentation and learning; doing what it takes to be successful with limited resources.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
