About Booster:

At Booster, we are hiring a Enterprise Account Executive to deliver transformational energy, vehicle fueling, and IoT solutions to Booster customers. We are looking for an experienced enterprise level sales person with skills including business and technical enterprise fleet operational expertise in Oil, Renewables, and the EV space. This role combines relevant Energy (Oil & Gas / Power / Renewables) industry and technical leadership experience plus exceptional skills at working with Enterprise customers to design a roadmap for Energy Transformation needs across their fleets, mid-mile, and related vehicles. They are fast learners and serve as trusted advisors for our customer’s business executives, operational teams, and sustainability groups.

About the Role:

Do you have sales and/or consulting experience delivering digital or other transformational engagements within Enterprise industries? Do you have deep energy industry domain experience to deliver innovative and impactful energy and cloud solutions to enhance Booster customers business, operational, and sustainability goals?

The right candidate will advise on and deliver energy transformation solutions to improve our customers business operations and help launch new markets by advising and deploying Booster services. The person brings insight and experience of our customers business with subject matter expertise in multiple Energy industry segments. Working backwards from our customers’ business objectives, this role leads and consultants helping customers with current and future innovative Energy projects to deliver or accelerate business outcomes, undertake discovery workshops and assessments at an enterprise or functional level, support customers to implement best practice solutions, and ensure outcomes are delivered and measured. They collaborate with multiple Booster teams to introduce and refine Booster services for the largest enterprises. They work closely with CxO and Director level customers to provide strategies for migrating and utilizing new solutions using the full range of Booster. 

What you’ll do:

  • Engage customers – bring insight and experience in solving challenges and creating opportunities for customers across multiple Enterprise industry segments. Collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to drive design wins and Booster platform adoption for Energy customers.
  • Deliver value - lead high quality delivery of a variety of business and technical engagements with partners and customers, enabling breakthrough business outcomes for customers.
  • Provide leadership and insights on industry segments such as energy types, cloud operations, migrations, and the integration of Booster services to support customer global requirements. 
  • Develop partnerships – proactively develop industry solution maps for Energy customers engaging the leading solution and service providers. Drive collaboration and integration between multiple partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for large enterprises.
  • Learn and collaborate – work with the global Global Account Management teams to assist in enabling customer facing teams to deliver value to customers. Support them in harvesting and publishing best practices to broader field and partner teams.
  • Make new markets – test new industry offerings to drive design wins on the platform and open new market segments.
  • Be a customer advocate - work with product and engineering teams to convey deep requirements from partners and customers as input to roadmaps.

What are we looking for:

  • 7-12 years of complex, direct/field sales experience in cloud, enterprise software, or energy services in B2B
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership (director-level and above)
  • Experience managing and orchestrating account team resources on behalf of customers
  • Experience positioning and selling technology to new and existing users
  • Experience proactively growing customer knowledge and relationships within complex accounts
  • Sales methodology and process training in Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, or Strategic Selling
  • Track record of consistent and sustained business and sales performance in complex enterprise sales
  • Willing to travel 25% to customer locations within the U.S..
