About the Role
Boom is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to create innovative and distinctive products, environments, and experiences. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary design team led by the Director of Product Design, where you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly creative, and challenging environment to design, prototype, and deliver world-class human-centered design solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring boundless creativity, a refined design sensibility, and a working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes and requirements to develop and deliver products and experiences that delight users while solving tangible needs. This person will think in both broad strokes and fine detail, relentlessly champion and advocate for the importance of design, and work cross-functionally to solve problems and arrive at solutions.
The ability to work selflessly, multi-disciplinarily, iteratively, and respond constructively to ongoing feedback is critical to success in this role.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $138,000.00-$163,000.00. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives/equity, an open PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
To conform to U.S. Government aerospace technology export regulations (ITAR and EAR), applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
