Title: Solution Architect
Location: Weston, FL (Remote)
Duration: 4.5 Months
Visa: No restrictions as long as legally eligible to work
Job Scope:
Must have skills: Powerflex Appliance
Project Tasks: Customer is new to PowerFlex and it has been implemented in two locations (Atlanta and Las Vegas). Resident must have be proactive and have strong Powerflex skills/experience to be able to teach the customer all the features and best practices to ensure the customer is able to manage on their own by the time the 18 weeks assignment is complete.
Day to day operational activities
Assist with provisioning, troubleshooting
VxFlex Manager administration
Review Powerflex controller and management / best practices
Conduct knowledge transfer to ensure the customer understand features/functions to optimize their environment
Review IT process and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and back up policy) sharing best practices along the way
Share best practices methodologies throughout the residency assignment
Resident expected to self-directed, proactive and able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
