We are now hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Cottage Grove, MN area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B. New grad PTs will be considered.

Job Requirements:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads. 
• Able to work part-time hours (around 20 hours per week).
• Comfortable seeing patients in their homes.
