We currently are looking for recruiters with experience in active or prior Healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build a network of Social workers - Nurses - Physical/Occupational/Speech therapist's interested in working on a contract or direct hire basis.
- Generate leads through referrals, social networking, campaigns and other avenues.

The Recruiter will plan, develop and implement full-cycle recruitment and staffing strategies with special emphasis on a well- qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness. The Healthcare Recruiter's primary role is to oversee and provide support to the talent acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities and is a "go-to person for reporting, training and advice for the Staffing and Recruitment Healthcare Division. In addition, the successful candidate will be effective at building relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting technical talent and working as part of the Bond Health Staffing team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- An understanding of healthcare staffing industry desirable
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills
- Prior experience as healthcare recruiter
- Demonstrate ability and drive to successfully meet objectives
