We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and be proficient in operating machinery safely and efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Execute trim carpentry, masonry, and stucco work as required.
• Assist in remodeling projects by building structures according to specifications.
• Apply caulking and other finishing techniques to enhance project quality.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to construction.
• Experience with trim carpentry, masonry, welding, and stucco applications.
• Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
