You will be responsible for visual design across our bolster.ai and checkphish.ai properties and digital demand generation campaigns. About Bolster

Bolster turns the security paradigm upside down and removes threats and digital risks before an attack occurs. Our protection extends beyond the enterprise to customers and partners. Our approach is the antithesis of today’s cyber defense strategy, which is to wait for an attack than try and prevent it. Or worse, assume you have been breached and hope you can detect it. We leverage the power of AI to apply deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing to identify criminal intent on millions of web pages daily. We tirelessly monitor the Internet to find malicious web pages that could cause harm and remove them. We empower companies to take back control of the Internet by continuously eliminating the threats that threaten their business, customers, and brand.

We are just getting started, and the future could not be more exciting. We’re growing the team in all functions as we transition from a small start-up into the next phase of our journey. We are looking for A-list talent who will have a meaningful impact, solve new challenges, and take ownership of the future of Bolster. If this is you, apply and join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

·Work closely with content strategy, UX, and engineering teams to create high-quality webpage visual designs, including product, solutions, and thought leadership pages

·Support work from early visual design conceptualization to all the way through production with front-end engineering teams

·Partner with global demand marketing teams to create presentations, email template designs, landing pages, display ads, and other related digital designs

·Create banner and hero designs to promote launches, events, partnerships, campaigns, and blogs on the Bolster web properties

What We’re Looking For:

·Background in visual design experience with an emphasis on digital design and a solid portfolio to showcase your work

·Understanding of UX, responsive web design, HTML, and CSS

·Able to envision multiple variations, versions, or options of a given concept into a wide range of visual interpretations

·Highly organized with excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a track record of meeting deadlines

·Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar web design tools

·Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to manage communication with project or program stakeholders at all levels
