To learn more visit becu.org/careers. SUMMARY The Digital Analyst supports digital channels by providing member usage data and insights through dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. The Digital Analyst works to identify, define and understand critical KPI’s, partnering with channel managers, product owners, and User Experience team. This role will utilize data from analytics tracking systems and the data warehouse to support the Digital Team on key projects. This role regularly creates data models and visualizations and provides relevant and actionable analysis to stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all responsibilities in accordance with BECU Competencies, compliance, regulatory and Information Protection requirements. Creates and maintains Dashboards for digital channels using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Provides insights and feedback in order to help drive user experience enhancements. Works closely with Channel Managers to identify new or additional KPIs as enhancements are made to their respective channels. Provides ad-hoc analysis as questions arise. Works with the User Experience team to identify user interactivity problems or to evaluate a proposed enhancement prior to design work, and to provide analytical feedback once a solution has been developed and rolled out to users. Supports work on key data initiatives across division and organization. Works with other analysts or team members to identify necessary data in the data warehouse. Utilizes data modeling to create complex queries connecting multiple datasets in order understand member engagement, channel adoption and feature usage. Utilizes statistical models to create segments of our members’ digital behavior. Contributes feedback to peer review of other team members. Supports Digital Analytics Manager with data governance, including data validation, as necessary. Perform additional duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work or education related experience required. Minimum of three years of experience digital or web analytics, including Google Analytics and data visualization required. Knowledge of SQL preferred. Experience with data warehouse, data modeling and statistical analysis required. Ability to collaborate with key partners to stay informed about the events, trends and developments which affect digital channels required. Proficient knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred. Experience working with AI or ML programs preferred. Ability to plan, organize, schedule and implement projects and in accordance with BECU and industry project management methodologies preferred. Proficient ability to collaborate with team members and Leadership required. Proficient communication skills to deliver presentations and recommendations required. Be available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response.
