We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with 3 years of Payroll and HR experience willing to take on a vital role in a busy warehouse.

HR Specialist/Payroll :

• Process payroll for 50 employees
• Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure payroll is processed accurately
• Process onboarding and termination of employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
