Description
This individual will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating
experience for OrangeTwist clients. They are responsible for consulting with clients to determine needs, conduct
procedures to meet those needs, and sell products and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through OrangeTwist products and services; suggest
various upgrades and sell products
• Engage with clients by analyzing, consulting, and performing services and/or treatments in a professional
manner; HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, IPL Laser, Ulthera
• Exhibits a high degree of courtesy, tact, and poise when interacting with clients and other healthcare
professionals
• Cultivate a clientele of repeat customers
• Perform thorough consultations and generate treatment plans/packets with the goal to sell and treat
• Provide high-quality customer care and education to clients regarding procedure to be performed
• Perform client consultations and treatments timely
• Manage inventory of product and supplies for designated treatments
• Responsible for completing all client documentation and treatment records
• Prepare and review client history of treatments
• Strive to achieve monthly sales goals
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, Alle, and other programs such as Care Credit
and Alphaeon
• Complete and maintain HydraFacial training and Coolsculpting Training and other specific trainings as
required by region
• Attend all staff meetings and continuing education
• Train new estheticians as they join the OrangeTwist team
• Complete center’s opening and closing procedures
• Assist with answering phone calls and responding to center emails adhering to company script and
etiquette
• Ensure treatments rooms are kept clean and within OrangeTwist, state and federal standards
• Applies safety principles as identified by established policy
• Adjusts to fluctuating peaks in client flow, acuity, and other operational demands while maintaining
quality
• Participates in continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills and abilities;
attend educations workshops, review professional publications, participate in professional societies
• Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and
confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity,
reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations,
accreditation and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to; JCAHO, OSHA,
HIPAA)
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 1 - 5 years Esthetician experience and training
• Must possess state Esthetician license, in good standing
• Ability and experience in selling
• Knowledgeable about skill care products
• Proficient in skincare services and non-evasive cosmetic procedures
