OrangeTwist looking for an experienced Client Concierge/Front Desk Associate to support our growing Irvine location. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

• Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, complete check-in process and connect them with the appropriate

OrangeTwist team member

• Answer phones in a courteous and professional and timely manner; takes messages, answer questions,

schedule appointments, or direct call as needed

• Up-sell products and services to clients

• Maintain client and staff directory

• Process payments

• Receive and sort daily mail; prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages

• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, organizing and

maintain file system, files correspondence and other records

• Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, and keeps reception area organized

and clean

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

 *WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED* 

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have:

• 1 - 5 years front desk experience
• High school diploma or equivalents
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Computer proficiency; proficient on spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions
