The ideal candidate must be tech savvy and proficient in computers, possess a valid driver’s license, and be a persistent problem solver, with a focus on superior customer service both with retail and internal customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment and compensation will be commensurate with level of experience.

Knowledge of automotive technologies, including ADP/CDK preferred, with working knowledge of OEConnection platform, Collision Link, Parts Trader, and Snap-On catalog desired

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
  • One year of experience in an automotive parts department preferred
  • One year of sales experience ideal
  • Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
