Bocar US is looking for an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. The Master Scheduler coordinates equipment, labor, and inventory requirements for production of finished and processed materials. The master scheduler must be able to manage and coach a multi-skilled, multi-level, multi-shift, diverse workforce to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• The Master Scheduler creates, maintains, and promotes alignment to our plant master schedules. This position reviews plant loading and capacity, ensuring that manufacturing meets or exceeds timely delivery expectations for customers. You'll revise production schedules based on design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering. This role is also responsible for Work Order release and tracking and analyzing completed WO’s for routing improvements.
• Audit work orders for accuracy of components and parts listed; confirm required materials are available
• Determine if orders from the office can be feasible be produced based on material on hand or obtainable in time to meet project deliverables date
• Facilitate adjustments to finished goods inventories.
• Planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with leadership teams to monitor the status of projects to ensure customers are communicated with, as well as other stakeholders such as those scheduled to install the products when they are delivered on-site
• Work outside of normal parameters, when necessary, by altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions when necessary

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or related field Required, or 6 years of relative experience in lieu of degree. 
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a scheduler in a manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years’ experience with Management resource Planning (MRP) and ERP systems
• SAP experience is mandatory. 

• Ability to communicate well with multiple departments
• Microsoft Excel Abilities as it drives production scheduling
• Excellent project management skills
