Key Responsibilities: As a Boba Tea Enthusiast & Customer Delight Specialist, your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional service and delighting our customers with each interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Boba Tea Mastery: Prepare a wide range of boba tea beverages with precision and creativity. Master the art of brewing tea, blending flavors, and achieving the perfect boba texture for an unmatched taste experience.
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Engage in genuine conversations to understand their preferences, recommending flavors, and customizing beverages to suit their tastes.
Boba Mixology: Experiment with new boba tea recipes and introduce innovative combinations to surprise and delight our customers. Showcase your creativity and passion for boba tea through daily specials and seasonal offerings.
Visual Presentation: Take pride in presenting each drink as a work of art. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every boba tea is visually appealing, Instagram-worthy, and irresistible.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensure the store is consistently pristine for a welcoming atmosphere.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team spirit and work collaboratively with fellow boba enthusiasts to create an inspiring work environment. Share knowledge, tips, and best practices to continually improve our craft.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
