Board, the #1 Decision Making Platform, is currently looking for a passionate, results-driven and team-minded Business Manager to join our global team.
Reporting to the Director Strategic Programs this is an operational role requiring internal teamworking in a matrix structure where you also report to your regional General Manager and support GTM leadership to prepare for strategic discussions and deliver strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting regional leadership to strategically align with HQ, deliver business plans and cross functional change initiatives that deliver operational effectiveness, employee engagement and commercial results.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Project & Change implementation - to support and implement ongoing change within GTM functions, including support of Target Operating Model implementation, continuous improvement and key strategic initiatives.
Target Operating Model (TOM) - to work closely with HQ and HR to continue to design, evolve and implement the TOM.
Operational Effectiveness - to continually improve operational effectiveness, ensuring accurate planning, reporting and feedback to HQ that supports the delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
Strategic Documentation - to prepare and design strategic documentation and reports required for presentation at senior / group / Board forums.
Stakeholder Management - to manage a wide variety of key relationships across the organization and act as a key point of contact for HQ.
Process efficiency - to consult with operations functions on key priorities and GTM teams to identify the relevant mitigating actions to improve process efficiency and to contribute actively to the creation of solutions to the inefficiencies identified, working across departments as required.
Culture & behavior - to help develop and sustain a team culture built upon Board’s values and desired behaviors.
This Role Might Be For You If You Have:
5-8 years experience managing change in a global fast paced organization, some GTM SaaS experience beneficial
Experience of championing innovative business improvement initiatives, approaches, methods and tools (for a SaaS product or platform would be very beneficial).
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a track record of fostering relationships and aligning teams across multiple functions.
Enthusiastic, committed and determined to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver through them.
Goal oriented, able to take on an objective and proactively transform it into a concrete plan.
Eagerness for personal development through on the job or formal training.
A high tolerance of ambiguity, a curiosity to pursue the unknown and a willingness to take informed risks.
