• Technology Allocations Lead for GOT Finance; manages a team of three
• Delivers expense allocation reports on a monthly and quarterly basis and works closely with LOB CFOs and Product owners to explain key drivers and trends
• Supports the allocation framework under the GOT Finance agenda while partnering effectively with stakeholders, especially LOB CFOs, LOB CIOs, Controllers and Corporate Technology
• Participates in development of strategic direction, executes established policy/procedures ensuring consistent application and compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures
• Works closely with Senior Management to understand their needs and provides appropriate guidance, direction, and communication. Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes that require an advanced knowledge of key business or function roles and organizational design.
• Compiles financial information, conducts sophisticated analysis as needed, and presents findings and business implications to senior leadership
• Supports and mentors junior staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 10-12 years of experience in financial services, ideally in a similar role e.g. Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance or Controller, IT Finance-specific experience, preferred
• Experience with Apptio and TM1; experience with TBM and cost allocation is a plus
