Position overview:
BNY Mellon | Pershing's Institutional Solutions team focuses on bringing the most stable and trusted global clearing infrastructure in the marketplace to Broker-Dealers, Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers. As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Institutional Solutions, you will independently provide a wide range of advanced administrative support to the Head, and occasionally to senior members of the team. Responsibilities will be diverse, including but not limited to calendar management, meeting preparation, travel booking, and expense reporting.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
You will contribute to the success of our Institutional Solutions team by leveraging your outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, excellent client service ethic, and ability to switch focus and assist across a wide range of areas. You will also partner with colleagues across the broader Institutional Solutions team and BNY Mellon | Pershing enterprise to build knowledge of the firm's executives, products, and services, and to get involved with special projects and initiatives.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $45,700 and $97,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.Full Time
