BlueVine is Hiring a Process Engineer Near Salt Lake, UT

This is a hybrid roleAt Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Process Engineer who will focus on BlueVine’s Small Business Products. Reporting to the Process Documentation & Change Management Manager, the ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker who excels in a collaborative, high-energy, fast-paced environment. The individual will work cross-functionally on broad-ranging strategic initiatives, as well as evaluate Customer Experience (CX) growth opportunities and execute operational enhancements.

The candidate will be someone who is a creative problem-solver who can lead process design and workflow initiatives that will improve the employee and customer experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and ready to step up to the challenge of documenting processes that are crucial to the successful operation of our business. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent complex projects
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Apply project management tools/techniques
  • Drive project-related change management
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule
  • Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals, and commitment to timelines and deliverables
  • Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects
  • Develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors
  • Deliver value by leading project teams and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, other Project Managers, and Business Analysts
  • Drive projects forward amid stalling forces
  • Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in the execution

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 1-3 years experience in customer-centric process roles, with at least 1 of those years as a journey or process mapper. In setting up GIC/Startup organization. Experience working with LucidChart or a similar mapping program.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
  • Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem-solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and apply those concepts to client needs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience working in Fintech or Banking is a plus.
