ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Accounts payable person will assist with procurement services for the company. Duties involve preparing bills, building vendor relationships, verifying transactions, following up, and performing administrative duties in support of the Finance department as needed.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
- Maintain accurate information in our ConnectWise
- Prior experience using Accounting Software
- Assists accounts payable with checks, inquiries regarding invoices and all other associated vendor inquiries
- Reconciling purchase orders, requisitions, packing slips, and bills
- Receiving/Check-in of orders
- Filing for Accounting
- Communicating daily with the team for the sales and service delivery processes
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior ConnectWise experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining highly organized
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to develop vendor relationships for purchasing
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance, performance and attitude
