Principal Systems Engineer
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $142,932 - $230,755. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote position.
Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an end-of-year bonus.

Position Description:
We are looking for a Space Training Instructor to join our rapidly growing engineering team. As a Space Training Instructor at Bluestaq, you are a known expert with hands-on technical and space domain expertise. The ideal candidate is a motivated educational professional with a strong understanding of core space domain awareness engineering concepts. In the Space Training Instructor position at Bluestaq, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and system users to build and maintain curriculum and hands-on training to meet exercise and mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
Required Education: 8 years of experience with a Master's degree OR 12 years of training experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
