Bluespring Wealth Partners is Hiring a Client Service Associate I Near Alpharetta, GA

SUMMARY:

As a Client Service Associate I you will report to the Operations Manager. You will utilize excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide information and education to clients, efficiently, and with a professional manner. Your role is critical in appropriately leveraging our Private CFO™/Advisors' time by assisting with paperwork, cashiering and other client service tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles front end paperwork for new accounts (investments, insurance etc.)
  • Communicates with clients and manages the work flow of this business independently
  • Handles cashiering requests
  • Handles annual IRA required distributions for clients
  • Owns and updates the data on our asset and insurance practice tracker each week
  • Helps with proactive client service items and process driven improvements with weekly operations call with all operations staff.
  • Heavy customer service contact
  • Assisting in answering questions, for new or existing clients

SKILLS:

  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint) are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in the financial services industry a positive add
