Bluespring Wealth Partners is Hiring a Remote Business Development Specialist

SUMMARY:

As the Business Development Specialist you will report to the VP, Business Development. You will create activity in the early and intermediate stages our sales funnel and you will create leads for our external recruiters to close.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cold-call prospects on the outbound prospect lists to identify level of interest
  • Warm-call marketing qualified leads to follow up on interest, invite to events, or pass to external recruiters.
  • Research target accounts, monitor them for news of material changes, and build overall account knowledge.
  • Document research in CRM prospect management.
  • Document contact history in CRM prospect records.
  • Develop our outbound prospect lists.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with our leads.

SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years' as a sales professional
  • Financial services sales valuable.
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years financial sales experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • FINRA Series 7 or combination of FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
