An established general contractor located in the East Bay and servicing the entire Bay Area is seeking the ideal candidate to manage and grow its Plumbing Division.

Position Description

• Conduct inspections and provide timely proposals to clients
• Manage technical aspect of the plumbing scope of work and ensure Quality Assurance
• Manage multiple jobs, plumbers and budgets simultaneously.
• Generate RFIs, Change Orders, Daily Reports and field drawings.
• Prepare T&M take offs. Review and Approve billings.
• See projects through from startup to final walk through.
• Ensure work performed by crew are per specifications and follow all safety regulations.

Position Requirements

• C-36 license with proven experience in residential plumbing projects.
• 3-5 years experience managing people
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable.
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven for both technical work and sales.
• Must be able to travel within Bay Area and have a valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions.
• Tech savvy and ability to problem solve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
