Blueprint Hires is Hiring an Interior Designer Near Los Angeles, CA
Interior Design office in Los Angeles seeks a mid-level Interior Designer to join their residential studio. This role is open to both architects and interior designers. They will be joining their team of skilled designers to produce beautiful and functional spaces for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior design assignments in collaboration with the project team
- Work on and produce documentation of Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation
- Participate in FF&E selection
- Produce sketches and designs using Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard softwares
- Coordinate with external consultants, products reps, furniture dealers, fabricators
- Mentor junior design staff
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (post-graduate experience at an architecture or interiors firm)
- Bachelor's degree minimum in Architecture or Interiors
- NCIDQ certified preferred, not required
- Self-motivated designer
- Excellent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good in Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3D Studio Max preferred
- Knowledge of FF&E, colors and materials
