Minimum Position Requirements (Skills & Abilities)
Physical Demands
A General Warehouse Laborer can work in any range of environments, from a climate-controlled space to a warehouse or factory floor where temperatures can vary from extreme cold to extreme heat. General Warehouse Laborers must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours) on unpadded floors and will occasionally be required to bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, push/pull and grasp.
Additionally, General Warehouse Laborers will occasionally be required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Eye/hand coordination is also required. A General Warehouse Laborer must be able to read and follow detailed processes.

- Handheld scanning devices and other data collection tools
- Pallet jacks
Responsibility & Authority
The General Warehouse Laborer is responsible for accurately and efficiently un-stacking, re-stacking, palletizing and wrapping pallets according to written work instructions.
Minimum Position Requirements (Skills & Abilities)
- Former pick / pack experience helpful but not required
- Will assist with stacking of pallets according to customers specifications and pallet configurations
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly as needed and be able to hand wrap pallets throughout the work shift
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Understand detailed verbal and/or written work instructions
- Ability to work in other areas as need dictates on a regular basis
- Ability to meet and exceed movement rates while maintaining safety and accuracy
- Cleaning of work area during and following each shift
- Organize and stock materials during and following each shift
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
Former pick /pack experience and RF scanning is a plus but not required.
