ABOUT IN THE POSITION 

“Awesome! You rock!” Does that sound familiar to you? We're looking for a passionate, metrics-driven revenue marketer to join our team. The Director of Demand Generation has the responsibility of pipeline generation, ensuring Bluedot has a predictable, scalable revenue-focused playbook in place.

We’re looking for a hands-on, collaborative leader to come in, assess and own it! Bluedot is a geolocation arrival platform focused on curbside and drive-thrus. Your time will be split between enterprise (think Dunkin’ Donuts) and SMB, mid-size (think Philz Coffee) businesses. The role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can think creatively across multiple customer segments.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Build an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy that drives pipeline across all stages of the funnel including programs for awareness, lead generation, and deal nurturing.
  • Own the development, execution, and optimization of all digital and offline pipeline generation efforts including performance marketing, SEM, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborates (like a symphony conductor!) with field & events marketing (in-person and virtual), content marketing, product marketing and partner marketing.
  • Lead the leads process end-to-end so we think in terms of marketing influenced leads, not just marketing qualified leads.
  • Partner closely with sales outreach and ABM initiatives.
  • Be in the know, keeping a close pulse on all accounts; how to help with deal acceleration
  • Define quarterly and yearly KPIs and budget; track KPIs and channel/program performance against monthly/quarterly targets
  • Build out the function; attract and hire new team members

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8 years of experience in B2B marketing; 2 years managing a team of marketers
  • Excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong project management skills
  • Ability to multitask, strategize plan and ruthlessly prioritize
  • Analytical with a proven track record of setting up and analyzing campaign performance
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, ability to deal with start-up challenges and setbacks
  • Penchant for good branding
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker that makes his/her/theirs campaign “sing”
