The junior/mid-level Business Development Coordinator is an integral team player in the Business Development department. This person is the nucleus of a nimble team: responsible for managing inbound leads, inbound business development requests such as requests for proposals, and active proposals through the opportunity lifecycle. They are responsible for clear and consistent organization, tracking progress, and team communication across a variety of platforms. This Coordinator will understand the proposal strategy as developed by the senior team, and will help bring that solution to life by creating proposal materials like decks, drafting copy, and pulling visual assets. This role also owns asset management for the studio with oversight from senior leadership.
