Bluebeam, Inc. is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist Near Copenhagen, NY

Bluebeam develops innovative technology software solutions that set the standard for collaboration and workflow efficiency for Architects, Engineers and Construction professionals worldwide. We have several offices in the US, as well as Stockholm, Copenhagen, London, Munich and Brisbane. We’re now looking for a self motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark.This will be a remote based role in the Nordics Region with company paid travel for quarterly in-person sync-ups with our Nordics Support team in our Kista, Sweden office. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as front line contact for customers by answering technical support queries via calls and emails for our Danish region
  • Test and confirm reported software bugs and log them into our bug tracking database
  • Assist internal groups with technical issues and inquiries
  • Answering questions and troubleshoot technical issues related to our Bluebeam applications, including our plugins and web-based application (SaaS)
  • Take ownership of technical issues from initial report to final resolution. 
  • Advise customers on technical issues and best practices, helping them achieve the desired end result with Bluebeam products
  • Communicate feedback to and from the members of our engineering team located in our HQ, Pasadena in a clear and concise method, as well as build relationships with the technical support community within other Bluebeam offices
  • Help create and review internal support resources and external support documentation (FAQ) for our global support site
  • Assist with other miscellaneous projects as assigned - because you’re flexible! This includes working inter-departmentally to support Bluebeam philosophies and goals

What we're looking for in you

  • Customer service skills, help our customers solve problems with a positive attitude and helpful spirit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience dealing with external customers preferably within a software/hardware technology or IT company.
  • Solid technical/computer proficiency, good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (10, 11)
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize numerous tasks and meet job responsibilities
  • Bonus points if you have any previous experience in PDF, AEC Industry or CAD software and or speak German
