Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Research Analyst
Blue Rose is seeking a Research Analyst to support our work with a federal client. This is a Remote role and is open to US Citizens only.
In this role, you will review, research, and respond to operational cases that are assigned to the research team by the PSRs or other Converge teams. These cases range from general questions participants may have, to complex historical requests that will require information from a variety of sources. The research analyst must work with the appropriate cross-functional teams to gather information to identify the cause of the issue and the appropriate solution. The analyst must also be able determine the best course of action to resolve a case and provide information to the participant, whether it be a phone call or email. When an exception is being requested or more input is needed, the analyst must be able to provide concise and clear case summaries to leadership and provide recommendations for consideration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- 3 years of experience with Research Analysis and Interpretation
- 3 years of experience in Business Operation Management
- 3 years of experience working in defined contribution/retirement operations
A successful candidate will also have:
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
