Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is Hiring a Java Developer (Junior ) Near Columbia, MD
Blue Rose is seeking a Java Developer (Junior) to support our work with a federal client. This is a Hybrid role in Columbia, MD, and open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a full background investigation prior to any work starting.
In this role, you will:
- Help build Web and backend application/services for a credentialing/case management system
- Use Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment
- Join a team of developers building the next-generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience using Java to build enterprise applications
- Minimum of 1 year experience using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, Junit, Git)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Java
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Agile environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large scale Federal IT Program
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
- Secret Clearance – interim okay, active preferred
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
