Blue Rose is seeking a Change Manager to support change management support services and related technical services to the VHA Office of Patient Advocacy (OPA) to support the modernization of patient advocacy and complaint resolution operations in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Successful candidates will have a CCMP or similar certification, a Bachelor degree in a technical field, and 5 years’ experience as a change manager.
