We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for data to join our data-ops team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and processes that support our data-driven operations. Key responsibilities: Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources Integrate data from multiple systems and ensure data consistency and integrity Set up and maintain data storage and processing systems, including NoSQL databases and distributed file systems Optimize data flow and performance to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our data operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise with our data systems Monitor and maintain the security and privacy of our data Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data Strong experience with data storage and processing technologies, such as NoSQL databases and distributed file systems Familiarity with data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark and Apache Flink Experience with real-time data processing technologies, such as Apache Kafka and Apache Storm Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
