Blue Origin, LLC is Hiring a Property Administrator Near Manufacturing Complex, FL

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of professionals, you will share in the Supply Chain Fulfillment team’s impact on the management of company and customer property/assets and material. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Units to execute and maintain asset management processes and procedures. You will be part of a small team, together, working to ensure assets are managed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) from acquisition to disposition. We are looking for individuals to apply their property/asset management expertise, leadership skills, and creativity to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission is required! Responsibilities: Maintain processes and procedures related to the management of company and customer property across sites. Review and provide guidance on contracts that require the use of customer property/assets. Maintain records of company and customer property/assets from acquisition to disposition in accordance with FAR 52.245-1. Perform physical audits to meet company and customer requirements. Prepare/submit annual property reports for government property (NF 1018). Generate and submit property closeout certifications to government contract officer. Coordinate and conduct external review PMSA/Property Management System Audit Occasional travel Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 6 or more years of experience in property management with an emphasis on government property. Robust practical and analytical understanding of property management system requirements Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: Experience with Costpoint Asset Management. Experience writing standard operating procedures. Familiarity with aerospace related property and material.
