This leader directly oversees, mentors and develops software leaders, engineering managers and engineers on technical leadership, software engineering practices, agile delivery, DevOps, design engineering, system architecture, problem analysis, customer service, optimization and collaboration. Responsibilities include: Hands on leadership owning all aspects of the SDLC for the software engineering teams. Hands on leadership of the team providing technical analysis, cost and effort estimation, production environment platform/system design, architectural fit and compliance, resource schedules, delivery milestones, collaboration, and overall production environment quality. Partner closely with business and technology executives in delivering systems which meet and exceed business objectives. Partner with multiple functions to align on execution plans and OKRs. Build an engineering culture that’s agile, driven, customer-focused, risk-taking, diverse, and inclusive. Setting strategic vision for a groundbreaking software engineering organization, owning and resolving issues that impact design, product success, or address future concepts, products, or technologies.
